Careers
No open roles
right now.
We're a small team and we hire slowly. There are no positions posted today — but that changes, and when it does we usually start with the resumes already on our desk.
For future consideration

Send a resume and a short note about the kind of work you're after. We read everything that comes in and keep it on file. If something opens up that fits, we'll reach out.
What we look for
The work is detailed.
So are the people who do it well.
Most of what we do comes down to noticing that a number is wrong and refusing to let it go. That suits a particular kind of person more than a particular resume.
Comfortable in the weeds
Reconciling a 400-line carrier invoice against a contract is not glamorous. It is where the money is.
Persistent with vendors
A dispute isn't done when it's filed. It's done when the credit posts, which is often several calls later.
Clear with clients
We act as an extension of our clients' teams, which means explaining the technical part in plain language.
Accountable without being asked
Clients come to us because nobody owned the problem. Owning it is the whole job.
Areas we tend to hire into
When roles do open.
These are the disciplines our team is built from. None of them are open today — this is simply where a resume is most likely to find a home later.
Expense analysts
Invoice auditing, contract reconciliation and dispute management across telecom and utility accounts.
IT & network technicians
Help desk, provisioning, network and cabling work, on-site and remote.
Client success
The day-to-day relationship — reporting, escalations and keeping accounts moving forward.
