Legal
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.craft-ent.com and any related pages, forms and portals operated by Craft Enterprises ("Craft," "we," "us"). Please read them before using the site.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Relationship to service agreements
These terms cover the website only. The services Craft provides — expense audits, dispute management, managed IT, mobility management, communications administration, life-safety migrations, M&A support and anything else — are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, together with any applicable statement of work or order form. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no engagement begins until a written agreement is signed. Where these terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls as to those services.
3. Permitted use of the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
- Access, probe or test the site or the portal for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, or the servers and networks it depends on.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact information from the site by automated means without our permission.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the contact forms to transmit unsolicited advertising or malicious code.
- Use the site or its content to build or train a competing product, service or dataset.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site or the portal at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably suspect misuse.
4. Client portal access
Access to connect.craft-ent.com is provided to authorized users of our clients. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly at support@craft-ent.com if you believe an account has been compromised. Access rights end when the underlying engagement ends or when the client instructs us to remove a user.
5. Requests and materials you send us
When you submit an audit request or send invoices, contracts or other records for review, you represent that you are authorized to share them and that doing so does not breach an obligation you owe to someone else. We handle those materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, once an engagement is signed, the confidentiality terms of that agreement.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, banking credentials or other sensitive identifiers through the website form. If we need that information, we will provide a secure method.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about our services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, graphics, layout, logos, the Craft Enterprises name and mark, and the methodologies and report formats we describe — are owned by Craft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
7. Savings figures and estimates
Figures shown on this site, including average annual savings ranges, retention rates and any illustrative invoice examples, describe historical or representative results across our client base. They are provided for general information only. They are not a projection, guarantee or commitment of any particular result, and actual results vary with your vendors, contracts, usage, site count and the condition of your existing records. Any specific savings estimate we give you will be set out in writing as part of an audit finding or proposal, and will state the assumptions it relies on.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the content is complete, accurate or current. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, engineering or regulatory compliance advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft and its officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site will not exceed [amount, e.g. one hundred U.S. dollars ($100)]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability arising from services delivered under a signed agreement is governed by the limitation of liability provisions in that agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craft and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your submission of materials you were not authorized to share.
11. Third-party sites and services
The site links to third-party resources, including our client portal and social media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Links are not endorsements.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county, e.g. Macomb County, Michigan], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. General terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Craft regarding the site.
